Injured policeman honoured

The Inspector General of Police (IGP) KP, Nasir Khan Durrani has said that those putting their precious lives in extreme dangerous against the terrorists would be encouraged at all cost. This, he said, while awarding cash prize and commendation certificate to an injured head constable Tahir Ali at CPO Peshawar Monday.
It may be recalled that last mid night police mobile of Pishtakhra was on a routine patrolling. It was ambushed by two motor cycle rider terrorists as a result one jawan was martyred and three including Head Constable Tahir Ali received severe injuries. But, despite injuries, Tahir Ali retaliated the firing and got killed both the terrorists. The police also recovered two 9mm pistols and a motor cycle. The IGP highly commended the valour and gallantry act of the injured head constable by saying the bravery and courage exhibited by him will go a long way in the annals of history.
