An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) here Tuesday declared MQM chief Altaf Hussain a proclaimed offender and ordered police to arrest and produces him in the court within seven days. A case under section 124A, 153A, 505 and 25 Telegraph Act was registered against the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief at Police Station Mingora on charges of hurling threats to Pakistan Army.
