Huge cache of weapons seized: commander of banned outfit, three alleged terrorists held

An important commander of a banned outfit was arrested in Quetta while Frontier Corps (FC) on Sunday arrested at least three alleged terrorists from Gandhaka area of Nasirabad.
According to details, the commander was arrested during raid in Jinnah town, in Quetta. A huge cache of arms and literature was recovered from his custody. Reportedly, he was involved in attacks at GHQ and FIA office in Sukkur. He has been shifted to an undisclosed location for interrogation.
Meanwhile FC while conducting operation in Naseerabad arrested three terrorists and also confiscated huge cache of weapons which include eight rocket launchers, four LMGs, four ammunitions, 11 magazine pistols, three short guns, one TT-pistol, five IEDs, Kalashnikovs and hundreds of shells.
While talking to media, Colonel Barkatullah said that FC officials had got information that terrorist were planning to attack in Goth Faiz as a result of which the raid was conducted and arrests were made.
