Property Dealers' Association (PDA) Qasimabad demanded strict action against Baba Fareed Builders allegedly involved in committing frauds worth of millions rupees with various innocent people. PDA Leaders, Ghulam Asghar Panhwer, Engineer Rahmutallah Sand and others said this in a press conference held at Hyderabad Press Club (HPC) on Monday.
They said allegedly that Builders Abdul Gaffar Memon and his son Fareed Memon had committed frauds in different Qasimabad schemes such as Seharish Nangar, Memon City where they sold out one plot to four persons. "Such things caused the eruption of dispute among various people which is seen commonly on daily basis," they said. It is not first time they were found involved in such frauds but they did such things since last many years and various cases were registered against them since then, they said. Moreover, they also submitted various complaints against them with concerned authorities but so far nothing had been done against latter, they added. "On the other hand, Memons are threatening us to face dire consequences over lodging the complaints against them," they said.
