JD holds Pakistan Ideology Conference today

The Jamaat-ud-Dawah (JD) is going to hold the grand Pakistan Ideology Conference in Lahore on Sunday at the University Ground, Chahburji to promote the unity among the people of Pakistan. The JD had invited all political and religious parties of Pakistan and Kashmir to participate in the conference, while delegations comprising of thousands of students from different parts of the country would also attend the grand conference.
JD Amir Hafiz Muhammad Saeed called upon the people from all walks of life including lawyers and traders to participate in the conference which was aimed at promoting the Pakistan Ideology among the youth and inculcate among them the same spirit of unity and devotion that existed on March 23, 1940.
Hafiz Saeed said that conspiracies were being made to divert the Pakistani nation from its basic ideology. He said that enemies of Islam were also hatching conspiracies against the Islamic culture, values and traditions just to split the nation. He said Pakistan Ideology marches would also be taken out across the country on March 23, 2014, and representatives of Kashmiri political parties would also be invited to these marches and public gatherings.
Hafiz Saeed regretted that Islamic system had not been enforced in Pakistan at the time of independence and political leadership got indulged in clashes and power games which resulted in the debacle of East Pakistan. He said that the West had always been sacred of Muslim unity and hatched conspiracies to divide them.
