He expressed these views while speaking at a seminar of handing over keys of property worth millions of rupees to Balochistan Government, a press release said.

Caretaker Chief Minister Balochistan Alauddin Marri, Director General NAB Balochistan Mirza Muhammad Irfan Baig, Chief Secretary Balochistan, IG Balochistan and other officials were also present on occasion.

He said that deprivation of Balochistan could be ended only when its funds were spent properly. Most of the funds in Balochistan were being looted, some of which had been recovered from the dishonest, which would be spent on welfare of the people, he added.

He said NAB was playing a vital role against corruption across the country adding the homeland could only develop in economic and other sectors if corruption was eliminated.    He said NAB was eliminating corruption transparently without interfering the politics and elections. It had no intention to carry out vengeful activities against any one, he added.

The chairman urged the bureaucrats to play their role against corrupt elements in order to bring them to justice.   Balochistan is rich in natural resources which could be exploited to boost economic development and bring prosperity in the country, he added.

The NAB Chairman hoped that recovered looted money would be spent on welfare of Baloch people.

Justice (R) Javed Iqbal also handed over the keys and documents of recovered property to Caretaker Chief Minister Balochistan Alauddin Marri.
