Unity to help eradicate terrorism: National Assembly deputy Speaker

Deputy Speaker, National Assembly, Murtaza Javed Abbasi, has said that coming on parliamentary parties and security agencies on the same page against terrorism would prove fruitful for the country and would bring maximum success in the eradication of terrorism.
He expressed these views while talking to newsmen after inauguration of electricity and gas supply schemes in Abbottabad on Thursday. He said that PML-N has initiated comprehensive policies for bringing the country out of different crises like terrorism and energy shortage, which would yield better results.
The Deputy Speaker, National Assembly, said that Peshawar tragedy has shaken the nation and country and it had proved that we are fighting our own war and for the sake of our national interests we would have to take it to logical end. He said that terrorism and energy crises have inflicted huge damage to the economy and had triggered price hike, unemployment and lawlessness in the country. He said that it is the need of the hour to sit aside our pity differences and unite for the national security and salvation and framed such policies that would help bring the country out of the crisis and stand on its own feet.
He said that the people of Hazara region would be the biggest beneficiaries of the Chinese investment in the country and it would emerge as economic zone. Murtaza Javed Abbasi said that with the inauguration of Hazara Motorway, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has fulfilled the long standing demand of the people of the region and now a modern university is also being established in the area. He said that construction work on the earthquake affected schools has been started while work regarding the provision of Sui gas to Galiyat is also in progress.
