Remote support eases senior smartphone worries from afar

A new smartphone can be daunting for a senior citizen, which is why so many are grateful for services that let a friend or relative access the device remotely to install apps or get settings right. It's best to only allow a limited number of people access to one's phone, advises the German Senior League. Those people can then download an appropriate "remote support" app to come to the rescue on various smartphone questions.
