The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has moved its Quetta Company Registration Office (CRO) to a new location. The CRO is now located in the Aiwan-e-Mashriq, Plot No 4-A, Ground Floor, Opposite FC Headquarters, Hali Road, Model Town, Quetta.
Earlier, the CRO was located in the IDBP House, Hali Road, Quetta. The new premises offer a spacious environment for the stakeholders and it is envisaged that new office will help to facilitate stakeholders more effectively. It may be added here that the Registrar of companies/head of corporatisation and Compliance Department along with his team recently visited Quetta. He addressed the concerns of regional stakeholders.
Meetings were held with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Quetta, Chamber of Small Traders and Small Industry Quetta and Balochistan Tax Bar Association. As a result of these meetings a resource from NIFT has been deployed at the new office to facilitate stakeholders in obtaining digital signatures for electronic filing.-PR
