Corps Commander Lieutenant General Naveed Mukhtar on Tuesday held meeting with Governor Sindh Ishratul Ibad in Karachi. Both discuss matters of mutual affairs and ongoing operation Zarb-e-Azb in North Waziristan Agency. The Governor lauded Pak Army's professional capabilities and termed 'martyrdom' of army personnel as a great sacrifice for the country.
He appreciated strategies of army, Rangers and other law enforcement agencies to counter possible militants' reaction in Karachi due to ongoing anti-terrorism offensive. Lieutenant General Naveed Mukhtar said that army would meet national aspirations and won't disappoint the nation.
