Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has congratulated the Ministry of Information Technology (IT) for the efforts made to secure Pakistan a seat in the elections of Administrative Council of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in South Korea on Monday. Pakistan got 101 votes out of a total of 168 in the plenipotentiary conference held in the city of Busan. The election victory has secured Pakistan position in the administrative, management and policy making body of the telecommunication agency.
