Development work on Rs 1.24 billion Park Enclave Project begins

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has started development work on the unique housing project of Park Enclave. In this regard, the contractor of the housing project has mobilised the heavy machinery for construction of internal roads here on Wednesday.
Park Enclave Housing Project remained shelved for quite some time; however, the present regime prioritised the housing project on its agenda and awarded its development contract after clearance of all hindrances in its way on war footing. Park Enclave Housing Project would be developed within a year time at the cost of Rs 1.24 billion. Chairman CDA, Maroof Afzal said that Rs 500 million has been allocated for the development of the unique housing scheme of Park Enclave during the current financial year, adding that no further delay would be tolerated in the development of Park Enclave. The allottees of this housing project would be handed over the possession soon after the completion of development activities, Chairman CDA added.
The development work in Park Enclave would cost approximately Rs 1.24 billion, which includes construction of major roads, service roads, streets, footpaths, drainage system, water supply lines with complete water supply system, sewerage system, construction of bridges and culverts, electrification work, construction of main entry gate, security check posts and landscaping of the housing project. Afzal directed the concerned formations of the Authority to take all effective measures for completion of development work in Park Enclave before the stipulated time and utilise the best ever professional skills in completing this housing project.-PR
