On Tuesday at Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX) the value traded was reported at PKR 1,839 million. Number of lots traded was registered at 7,551 and PMEX Commodity Index closed at 3,029. Major business was contributed by gold amounting to PKR 1,456 million - up by 15 percent followed by crude oil (PKR 331 million) and silver (PKR 51 million).
