Tameer Microfinance Bank Limited (TMFB) has announced the successfully closure of a commercial paper issue of Rs 600 million. United Bank Limited, Faysal Bank Limited and Bank Al Falah Limited acted as Financial Advisors and Lead Arrangers and Silk Bank as Joint Lead Arranger for the Issue. United Bank Limited was also the Issuing and Paying Agent.
Other Investors in the Issue included Pak Libya Holding Co (Pvt.) Limited, Faysal Income & Growth Fund, Faysal Savings Growth Fund, United Growth & Income Fund, UBL Retirement Savings Fund. -PR
