Sattar Bakhsh Soomro, who is with the company since September 2010 was nominated as Company Secretary in July 07, 2017 which is said to be against the rules as drawing of additional charge allowance beyond six months is illegal but this practice has continued in Sepco. The incumbent Company Secretary is entitled to draw dual charge allowance @ Rs.12,000 per month for a maximum period of six months.
