Mirza's allegations are prima facie true: PML-N

PPP firebrand leader Zulfiqar Mirza's disclosure and allegations against the Interior Minister Rahman Malik and MQM are prima facie true as he said everything on oath, PML (N) spokesman Siddiqul Farooque told Business Recorder on telephone on Sunday.
Asked to comment on Mirza's explosive press conference in Karachi, Farooque said as the disclosures have been made and allegations levelled by President Asif Ali Zardari's closest friend, confidante and a senior leader of PPP; it is now necessary for the President to investigate the allegations and take action in the supreme interest of the country.
PML (N) leader said that Mirza has requested the Chief Justice of Pakistan to summon him as he wanted to provide proof to the Supreme Court in support of his revelations. PML(N) would also request the larger bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry that is hearing the Karachi situation sou moto notice today (Monday) to also hear Zulfiqar Mirza.
He said that all political parties should also give a serious consideration to the Mirza's statement as he has said everything on oath. Another PML (N) leader Kh. Asif said that it is incumbent upon MQM to answer to the serious charges levelled against it as a terrorist party conspiring to disintegrate the country.
