Pakistan Super League’s (PSL) new franchise Multan Sultans are likely to sign Kolkata Knight Riders’ (KKR) physio Andrew Leipus.

Andrew Leipus from Australia had worked with Indian cricket team and is currently associated with Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise KKR. Citing its sources, Geo news revealed that the physio is also likely to join PSL’s newbie.

Meanwhile, the franchise is in talks with former Test batsman Mohammad Wasim for the role of a batting coach.

Talks are in final stages to bring the 40-year-old in coaching staff, headed by former Australian Tom Moody. He has played 18 Tests and 25 ODIs for Pakistan between 1996 and 2000.

It is pertinent to mention here that Multan Sultans has appointed former Test cricketer Nadeem Khan as manager of the team. The 47-year old Nadeem Khan joined the franchise as manager of the team for the third edition of PSL, which is scheduled to be held in February next year.
