Wheat prices slip for second day in a row

Wheat prices continued slide for the second consecutive day in a row and some other items also tended lower in process of thin business, dealers said. On the cereal side, except wheat, which lost Rs 55 to Rs 2825-2840, other commodity items did not move any side during the day, they said.
On the seed side rapeseed Nawabshah low type shed Rs 125 to Rs 1475 and good type also tended lower by Rs 150 to Rs 1500, Dadulane quoted lower at Rs 1200, Mirpurlane inferior quality was sharply lower by Rs 175 to Rs 1400 and better type also fell by Rs 200 to Rs 1425, rapeseed cake low type maintained its level at Rs 700 while the best type was down by Rs 15 to Rs 710. Til lost Rs 200 to Rs 2800 and superior quality was lower by Rs 100 to Rs 3300, they said.
