Spanish telecoms operator Jazztel has started offering mobile services and aims to have 170,000 to 190,000 customers by 2010, said Chief Executive Jose Miguel Garcia.
Jazztel, which already offers landlines, Internet and pay television services, said in February it had reached a deal with France Telecom to use the French operator's Orange mobile network.
