KARACHI: The Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has been invited to London for participating in "Family Planning Summit" to be held in July.

The invitation was personally given by the British Deputy High Commissioner Ms Belinda Lewis, the Country Director of United Nations for Family Planning Programme Dr Tripathy, the Country Representative of Bill and Melinda Gates Dr Yasmin Kazi and Shahnaz Wazir Ali, who called on him at Chief Minister House, said a statement issued here on Thursday.

The Chief Minister, on the occasion, said that a lot of work has been done pertaining to family planning in the province.

The people of the province have been made aware of the programme. He further said that he will try his best to become part of that summit.
