Pakistan Test skipper Misbah ul Haq has enjoyed one if the most unusual cricketing careers.

After being offer Pakistan captaincy in clerk’s room, the Mianwali born has emerged as the country’s most successful captain, and with that has gathered a number of records in the process.

After taking his side to victory against West Indies on Wednesday, hitting two sixes in the process further its record as captain, with most sixes, 69.

Former New Zealand Brendon skipper Brendon McCullum sits second on the list with 59 sixes to his name. Indian skipper MS Dhoni has hit 51, while West Indian duo Brian Lara and Clive Lloyd has 49 and 48 sixes, respectively.

Overall, Misbah has hit 78 sixes in his career, which are also the most sixes in Test cricket by a Pakistani batsman.
