ABU DHABI: Iraq's oil exports stand at 3.077 million barrels per day, Iraq's OPEC governor Falah al-Amri told reporters on Friday. Iraq's oil minister Jabar Ali al-Luaibi said on Thursday that his country cut exports by 170,000 bpd and will cut a further 40,000 bpd this week.

The minister emphasised on Thursday that Iraq was abiding by an agreement among global oil producers to cut production.

The Iraqi oil ministry had said on Tuesday that it had cut production by 160,000 bpd since the beginning of January and would extend the reduction to 210,000 bpd by the end of the month.
