President General Pervez Musharraf has appointed former Justice Haziqul Khairi as the chief justice of the Federal Shariat Court (FSC) for a period of three years on and from the date he takes upon himself the execution of his office as chief justice.
A notification in this regard was issued on Saturday by Ministry of Law Justice and Human Rights.
