The Ministry of Commerce in co-ordination with the Australian High Commission is organising a two-day (August 16-17) seminar on the WTO Trips Agreement and Geographical Indications here at Experts Advisory Cell (EAC).
Geof Binns, an expert in the field of intellectual property will address the seminar, according to a press release.
Binns has been actively involved in the ongoing negotiations in the WTO with expertise in the area of geographical indications and its related legal issues.
