The Sri Lanka rupee dipped on Friday on high bank demand for dollars on behalf of importers looking to settle trade bills, dealers said. The rupee closed at 100.80 against the greenback after touching 100.85 in intraday trade The local currency closed at 100.78 on Thursday.
