River Indus in low flood

The River Indus is in medium flood at Kotri with rising tendency and in low-to-medium flood at Chashma. The river Indus is in low flood at all other points including Tarbela, Kalabagh, Taunsa, Guddu and Sukkur. The river Chenab is in low flood at Marala, Khanki and Qadirababd while Ravi is in low flood at Balloki.
According to met report a well-marked monsoon low has weakened into a low pressure area and lied over north east Madhya Pradesh. The westerly wave over Kashmir has moved further eastwards but still affecting eastern parts of Kashmir. Seasonal low lies over north east Balochistan.
