Russia on Tuesday barred ABC television from contacts with officials after it broadcast an interview with Chechen rebel leader Shamil Basayev, and will not allow the US channel's journalists to work in the country. "A decision was taken that at the end of their expiry period, the accreditations of the workers of this company will not be renewed," the Foreign ministry said in a statement.
