Union Bank and Ufone sign agreement

Union Bank American Express Cards and Ufone have signed an agreement to honour an upcoming strategic alliance, benefiting customers of both sides, the bank's spokesman said on Saturday. As part of this strategic alliance, American Express Cardholders will have the facility to avail free connections and Ufone special packages with international roaming, GPRS and MMS including security deposit waivers.
Similarly, Ufone customers will be able to become members of the American Express Cards. They would be able to enjoy top of the line services and convenience, the spokesman added.
At the signing ceremony of the strategic alliance agreement Babar Khan, president and CEO Ufone said that Ufone was continuously providing value for money and quality services to its existing and potential customers. To extend its services Ufone was proud to join hands with Union Bank American cards in strategic alliance providing special post-paid privileges to Union Bank American Express Card members.
Shaukat Tarin, President and Group CEO, Union Bank Limited said that American Express Cards were the most prestigious cards with unmatched features.
He said he was happy and confident that customers of both Ufone and Union Bank would mutually benefit from this strategic alliance.
