Apple music store

Major Japanese music label Avex Inc said on July 15 that it had reached an agreement to supply music to Apple Computer Inc's music download service. Apple will launch its iTune Music Store service here in August.
Avex, home to some of the biggest names in J-pop, becomes the first major Japanese record company to provide songs for Apple's iTunes Music Store, the world's largest music download service.
Japan's Sony Corp, which 26 years ago changed the way the world listened to music with its Walkman, is striving to dethrone Apple with its own music players.
