ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League - Nawaz (PML-N) leader Nehal Hashmi on Tuesday said that Imran Khan will return empty handed from Karachi as people of the city always supported PML-N in recognition of its services.

Talking to media outside the Parliament House, he said Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif initiated development projects during his visit to Karachi and changed the whole picture of the city with his vision and agenda.

He said PML-N changed life of people of Karachi and peace in the city was the gift of his party's government, adding people of Karachi were enjoying life as the law and order situation improved.

He said PML-N has long history of services for the people of Karachi.

Nehal Hashmi appreciated the role of Urdu speaking community for the country and said PML-N always recognized their important role during the creation of Pakistan.

He alleged that Imran Khan has a hidden agreement with Altaf Hussain and there was no difference between Altaf and Imran Khan.

Politics was not a trade so PTI chief Imran Khan should learn politics and then come back in this field, he added.

He said Imran Khan stood with Pervez Musharraf for his personal interest and he always tried to get into power from back door channel.

He said people of the country rejected Imran's politics and stood with PML-N for development of the country.
