The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has withdrawn from preliminary Scrutiny Clearance (NOC) granted to Green City Housing Society, as it has failed to procure remaining land in spite of repeated notices by the planning wing. In public notice, Capital Development Authority has informed the general public that Paswal Enterprise (Pvt) Ltd has failed to procure the balance land of their housing scheme under titled "GREEN CITY" proposed in Sector E-17, D-17, Zone-II, Islamabad in spite issue of several notices by the authority.
Therefore, Capital Development Authority has decided to withdraw Preliminary Scrutiny Clearance(PSC) vide letter No CDA/PLW-UP-(0)/Paswal/93/3357 dated 21.09.1993 and permission to advertise the housing scheme granted vide CDA letter No CDA/PLW-UP-(90)/Paswal/93/607-608 dated 21.03.1994.
Public at large is accordingly warned in its own interest that competent authority has withdrawn the permission to advertise for the said housing scheme.
Therefore, general public should not to deal with the company for allotment of plots in this scheme.
