15 new directors elected on Picic board

Fifteen new directors have been elected on the board of directors of Pakistan Industrial Credit and Investment Corporation (Picic) for three years. Corporation sources said here on Saturday that the elections were held at a local hotel on May 28. A total of 25 candidates had submitted the nomination papers, while 19 contested the elections after the withdrawal of six nominations. In addition, the board will have two directors, including one from the federal government (secretary Privatisation Tehseen Khan Iqbal and managing director Picic Mohammad Ali Khoja.
The elected directors are Altaf M Seleem, Anjum M Saleem, Ansar Husain, Jahangir Siddiqui, Javed A Callea, Kamal Asfar, Mahmood Ahmed, Major Mohammad Fazal Durrani (Retd), Manzoor Ahmed, Mohammad Bashir Janmohammad, Mohammad Javed Khan, Perwaiz Hasan Khan, Shahzad M Hussain, Tariq Iqbal Khan and Zahid Bashir.
