In a statement issued here, he expressed thanks to Prime Minister for introducing reforms in health sector, especially for establishing maternity centres in Basic Health Units (BHUs) and construction of new hospitals in Federal Capital.
He said after introduction of reforms in education sector, it was our demand with Prime Minister to announce reform packages in health sector which was accepted.
The Minister said the pacakge includes up-gradation and renovation of current hospitals and also construction of new ones on modern lines.
