All political parties united against menace of terrorism: Musadik

ISLAMABAD: Spokesman to the Prime Minister Dr Musadik Malik on Wednesday said all the political parties were united against the menace of terrorism and steps had been taken to wipe it out from the country.

The government's prudent policies and strategies were going in the right direction in elimination of terrorism, he said in a private news channel programme.

He said the operations were launched in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab and Karachi with the aim to completely eradicate terrorism. These operations helped in controlling terrorism in the country.

He lauded the implementation of National Action of Plan (NAP) and National Counter Terrorism Authority (NACTA) in elimination of terrorism from the country and said, several accused were arrested in hate speeches, wrong use of loudspeaker and others involved in terrorism incidents through NAP.

He strongly condemned the killing of famous Qawwal Amjad Sabri.

PPP leader Faisal Karim Kundi said all the people wanted peace in the country and urged every one to play their role in elimination of terrorism.
