Activity at Karachi and Qasim ports

The Karachi Port handled 73,037 tonnes of cargo including 62,363 tonnes import and 10,674 tonnes export cargo during last 24 hours ending at 0700 hours on Saturday.
The cargo comprised of 46,037 tonnes dry and 27,000 tonnes liquid cargo.
Five ships namely Safmarine Pakistan, Kota Teguh, Wan Hai-263, MT Johar and Action Express sailed out to sea during the report period.
Three vessels viz Wan Hai-263, Corinthiakos and Marina-GR are currently at the berths.
MV Sinar Bontang expected to sail on Saturday, while two vessels viz Avra and Marina-GR are expected to sail on Sunday.
Two ships namely Chem Star Brave and Safinaz due to arrive on Saturday, while four vessels viz Victory Prima, Warbah, Estella and Ocean Genius are due to arrive on Sunday.
Three vessels viz Marivie, Shamrock Moon and Min He are due to arrive on Monday.

A total cargo volume of 46,076 tonnes including 24,520 tonnes import and 21,556 tonnes export cargo was handled during last 24 hours ending at 0800 hours on Saturday.
The cargo comprised of 21,036 tonnes coal and 25,040 tonnes containerised cargo.
Three vessels viz MSC Austria, Full Spring and Safmarine Pakistan sailed out to sea during the report period.
A total of six vessels viz Qem Star, Nur Yanbu, KIA Waleed, Annoula, Impros and Lauren are currently at the outer anchorage.
Three ships namely Qem Star, KIA Waleed and Impros due to take berths on Saturday.
Two vessels viz CV OOCL Ability and MV Silver One due to arrive on Sunday, while another ship Hotaka Maru is due to arrive on Monday.
