Bears take control of ISE

Bears returned in the driving seat at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where selling pressure in heavyweights moved the entire ready-board in minus zone amid decrease in index.
ISE network index was down by 10.70 points as the price-based indicator moved from 11,770.58 to 11,759.88 points.
The overall turnover amounted to 16,01,600 shares as compared to the previous volume of 19,38,700 shares.
Total 149 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Seventy-eight losers outclassed 70 gainers while one company remained glued to its overnight level.
The turnover of Pakistan Oilfields was 611,400 shares as compared to the previous volume of 672,300 shares. The volume of Fauji Fertiliser was 306,000 shares as compared to the previous turnover of 439,5000 shares. The turnover of PTCL was 286,000 shares as compared to the previous volume of 254,500 shares.
