Samjohta Express left for India according to new schedule from Lahore railway station here on Tuesday.
Out of 284 passengers 132 Pakistanis, 83 males and 49 females while 152 Indians, 64 males and 85 females have travelled to India. "Samjohta will run between Lahore and Attari twice a week ie Tuesday and Friday at 8.00 am. After leaving Lahore, it will reach Wagha at 8.35 am where passengers will get clearance from customs officials. Samjohta will then leave for Attari from Wagha at 11.30 am, according to new time table" said railway sources.
