Anti-polio drive from April 20

Three-day door-to-door anti-polio drive will begin in all 18 towns of the city from April 20.
This was decided in a meeting held under the chairmanship of City Nazim Naimatullah Khan. It was attended among other by EDO (health) Dr Fazal Memon and the DIG (operation).
The City Nazim asked the participants to seek co-operation of Town and UC Nazims to ensure the administration of anti-polio drops to all children under five-years of age. It was also observed that not a single case of polio was reported in Karachi.
The meeting was informed that the Edhi Trust and the Alamgir Trust will provide vehicles for the campaign to make it a success.
