Pilot killed in PAF plane crash

Pakistan Air Force reports with great sorrow and grief that an F-7 Fighter Aircraft, while on a routine operational training mission, crashed 20-mile west of Jhang.
The crash apparently occurred due to technical malfunction. The pilot of the aircraft Flight Lieutenant Imran Tariq was fatally injured. No loss of civilian life and property occurred on ground.
A board of inquiry has been ordered by Air Headquarters to determine the cause of accident.
