Activity at Karachi and Qasim ports

The Karachi Port handled 100,578 tonnes of cargo including 75,271 tonnes import and 25,307 tonnes export cargo during last 24 hours ending at 0700 hours on Thursday.
The cargo comprised of 36,610 tonnes dry and 63,768 tonnes liquid cargo.
M. V. Apl Emerald sailed to sea during the report period.
Two vessels viz Hyundai Stride and Keefan are currently at the berths.
Two ships namely Kota Teraju and Corinthiakos expected to sail on Thursday, while three vessels viz Flame, Keefan and Bom Ju are expected to sail on Friday.
Three ships namely Lake Eva, Kota Teguh and Al Ihsaa due to arrive on Thursday, while M. V. Ocean Star Light is due to arrive on Friday.
Three vessels viz Kota Indha, Nur Yanbu and Nikalas are due to arrive on Saturday.

The cargo comprised of 592 tonnes chemicals; 21,365 tonnes iron ore and 8,704 tonnes containerised cargo.
Container vessel Safmarine Prime expected to sail on Thursday afternoon.
A total of five vessels viz Blue Zenith, Federal Hudson, E. R. Sydney, Nor Asia Noor and Oriental are currently at the outer anchorage.
Container vessel Nor Asia Noor due to take berth on Thursday.
M. T.Chembulk Savannah due to arrive on Thursday, while another ship C. V. Mare Caspium is due to arrive on Friday.
