Fauji Sugar Mills sold for Rs 310 million

Fauji Sugar Mills, Tando Mohammad Khan, has been sold to a private party. According to sources, the mill has been sold for Rs 310 million.
It is a very old mill in Sindh. Its installation started in 1954 and it went into production in 1962.
It is learnt that two parties had filed bids of the same amount. Later a draw was held to which both parties had agreed.
The mill at present is in operation and is busy crushing sugarcane.
