Iqra University convocation on February 14

The third convocation of the Iqra University Karachi (IUK) will be held at its Defence View campus on Saturday.
The Minister Incharge of Science and Technology, Professor Dr Atta-ur-Rehman, will be the chief guest on the occasion, an announcement of the institution said on Friday.
Professor Atta, who is also the Chairman of the Higher Education Commission, will award eight gold medals to the students having commendable academic records.
As many as 207 degrees will be awarded to successful students of the masters and bachelors in the fields of computer science, business administration and fashion designing. Federal Education Minister Zobaida Jalal will deliver the keynote address at the seminar.
The Chancellor of Iqra University, Hunaid Lakhani, will present the welcome address.
The Federal Minister for Investment and Privatisation, Senator Dr Abdul Hafeez Shaikh, will also attend the ceremony.
