Muzaffar Shah sworn in as acting governor

Speaker, Sindh assembly, Syed Muzaffar Hussain Shah was on Sunday evening sworn in to act as the Governor of the province in the absence of Dr Ishratul Ibad Khan who proceeded on Sunday morning on a 3-day private visit to London.
Senior Pusine Judge of Sindh High Court Justice Sabihuddin Ahmed administered the oath to Syed Muzaffar Hussain Shah at a simple ceremony held at the governor's house.
Senior minister Syed Sardar Ahmed, law minister Chaudhry Iftekhar Ahmed, Advisor to the chief minister for Information Sallahuddin Ahmed, City Nazim Naimatullah Khan, chief secretary Dr Mutawakal Qazi, Secretary Information Mrs Mehtab Akbar Rashdi, Secretary Forest & Wildlife Shamsul Haq Memon, Additional Chief Secretary Local Government Saleem Khan and other officials attended the ceremony.
