Activity at Karachi and Qasim ports

The Karachi Port handled 68,191 tonnes of cargo including 60,569 tonnes import and 7,622 tonnes export cargo during last 24 hours ending at 0700 hours on Monday.
The cargo comprised of 22,621 tonnes dry and 45,570 tonnes liquid cargo.
Four ships namely Kota Tegap, Le Ding, Johar and Chem Star King sailed to sea during the report period.
Five vessels viz Orient Stride, Tiger Sea, Banglar Robi, Nur Al Jubail and Zhen Hua-2 are currently at the berths.
Three ships namely Global Prosperity, Atlantic Sol and Zhen Hua-2 expected to sail on Monday, while three vessels viz Ramitha, Astor and Tiger Sea are expected to sail on Tuesday.
Four ships namely Chem Bulk Kobe, Ramitha, Astor and Eax Sancitity due to arrive on Monday, while four vessels viz Spica, Bunga Bidara, Apl Venezuela and Fu He are due to arrive on Tuesday.

The cargo comprised of 1,904 tonnes general cargo; 10,217 tonnes coal and 31,076 tonnes containerised cargo.
Four ships namely Chem Star King, Jin Shun, Hotaka and Wan Hai-303 sailed to sea during the report period.
A total of three vessels viz Anangel Express, Pearl of Fujarah and Nord Star are currently at the outer anchorage.
M.T. New Merry Ocean due to arrive on Monday.
