The Indian cabinet Thursday endorsed an agreement with Iran for co-operation in the hydrocarbons sector.
Parliamentary Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj told reporters that during the visit of Iranian President Mohammed Khatami in January 2003, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between the two countries for co-operation in this area.
