Hearing put off

The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Tuesday adjourned to January 19, the proceedings in some identical petitions filed by kite manufacturers and others against ban on kite flying.
Earlier, Advocate General Punjab, while submitting his arguments before the court, contended that the government has already lifted the ban imposed on kite flying for one month. He, therefore, prayed to the court to dismiss the petitions.
The court put off the proceedings till next date for further hearing and rose for the day.
