Special counters for Alliance Motors scam victims

For speedy disbursement of cheques among those affected by "Alliance Motors Scam" belonging to Punjab and NWFP province, special counters has been established in NAB offices at Rawalpindi and Peshawar.
The "Alliance Motors Scam Affectees" belonging to NWFP and Punjab provinces, who deposited their money directly into the office of TJ Ibrahim and Alliance Motors are advised to contact the concerned NAB Offices, along with photocopies of their original documents so that, after necessary verification "Dividend notice" should be dispatched to them and the cheques of their amount be released.
The documents required are: Original copy of the agreement with the company, copy of the national identity card, receipt of the Official Assignee Office. In case of the claimant has died and the claim is of Rs 0.2 million or less "Heir-ship certificate" from the area "Nazim" should be produced and the "Succession Certificate" from the "Civil Court" is needed, if the claim exceeds Rs 0.2 million.
Those victims who have not yet submitted their claims in the office of the Official Assignee Sindh High Court are informed to get prescribed claim forms from the NAB offices of Rawalpindi and Peshawar and submit their claims along with the photocopy of the "Agreement with the Company" by January 31, 2004 at the concerned office.
