At least 17 people were killed and 30 others were injured when a bus fell into a roadside ditch on Saturday near Dhaka, police said.
Police said the driver lost control after a tyre burst, sending the bus rolling into the water-filled ditch in the Tangail district.
The injured were being treated in hospitals.
