PCB announces U-17 cricket team

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced 14-member under-17 cricket team for Asian under-17 tournament to be played in India from January 13 to 27.
Pakistan has been placed with India in pool-A. Nasir Jamshed will lead the Pakistani team while other members are Yasir Arafat, Abdul Manan, Ramiz Raja, Adnan Raza, Salman Akbar, Raza Ali Dar, Kashif Mahmood, Fahad Zaman, Hidayat Ullah Khan, Khalid Waheed, Ali Raza, Aamir Yousuf and Nasir Ahmad.
The stand-byes are Humayun Alamgir, Saad Azim, Saadullah Ghori, Imran Maqsood, Faisal Rasheed, Asad Zahid, Usman Ilyas, Zeeshan Ali, Bahram Khan and Bilal Butt.
The team was selected after the selection committee conducted nation-wide trials.
Chairman of selectors Aamir Sohail said, "we have maintained consistency in team selection and majority of the players have already represented the country in under-15 or under-19 tournaments".
