Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ibad Khan has summoned the provincial assembly of Sindh to meet on Thursday, January 1, 2004, at 11 am for the purpose of seeking vote of confidence for further affirmation of the president in office.
The vote of confidence for further affirmation of the president in office is required by Clause (8) of Article 41 of the Constitution.
After the completion of the business the provincial assembly shall stand prorogued on the same day.
